Strategic partnerships with Mabely Q

Devin, a black woman is sitting across from Erin, a white woman who has a laptop on her lap.

I see you, boss:

You’re working every day to make your world a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive place.

You’re doing emotional labor to teach others.

You’re doing actual labor creating courses or masterminds or memberships for your community.

I’m cheering you on — because I’m out here trying to do the same thing. Let’s team up to offer twice as much value and reach twice as many people.

Why I joined Successible

I joined Successible to support myself and my clients (by sharing this platform) in integrating and implementing our continued learning around creating accessible, equitable and inclusive businesses.

I began my business as a graphic designer, and I quickly learnt that my studies around accessibility standards in graphic design are just a small scratch on the surface of accessibility, equity and inclusion. So, I'm honoured to be part of this platform to learn, make mistakes and to grow with other businesses that share the same desire to create a more accessible, equitable and inclusive world.

Lekeshia Angelique

Lekeshia Angelique. I am an Army veteran, mom, coach, taco aficionado, and creator of safe spaces to educate people. I believe that the key to change is knowledge and empathy. The more we know about each other’s experiences, the more likely it is that we will take the steps to effect change.

I've spent over 20 years working for the U.S. Army and the Federal Government, and in that time I've had the opportunity to learn and grow in ways I never could have imagined. I've seen firsthand the power of knowledge and empathy to create positive change, and I'm committed to using my experiences to help others.

I'm passionate about creating safe spaces where people can come together to learn, share, and grow and teach people to do so in their daily lives inside my Facebook group “The Inclusive Lifestyle Lounge”. I believe that everyone has something to offer, and I'm committed to creating a world where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Why I joined Successible

I joined Successible because I believe in their mission to create a more just and equitable world. I'm excited to be a part of an organization that is committed to accessibility for everyBODY to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

I'm also excited to be a part of a community of people who are passionate about making a difference. I believe that together, we can create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

My Goals

My goals for the future are to continue to learn and grow, and to use my knowledge and experience to help others. I also want to continue to create safe spaces where people can come together to learn, share, and grow.

I believe that we can create a more just and equitable world, and I'm committed to doing my part. I'm excited to see what the future holds, and I'm grateful to be a part of Successible.

And she’s a podcaster x2! Sara is the host of The Wedding Dish and the co-host of Laughing with Gingers. She loves lattes, spontaneity, laughing loudly, and traveling.

As Erin always says, “Progress, not perfection.” Let’s make a difference together!

Nailah King

I'm part of Successible because it is a space dedicated to access and giving folks the tools to keep learning and growing their business through an accessible lens.

Katie Lewis

Katherine Lewis (she/her). I am an accessibility consultant and inclusive business strategist for small business owners and entrepreneurs. After disability ended my military career, I worked in a variety of creative spaces, each sharing one theme: they were wildly inaccessible.Particularly in the digital market, I saw an opportunity to impact change.

I believe accessibility is a journey. Today, I guide small businesses to build and grow with accessibility in mind so they can serve their communities more fully and reach their goals easier. I empower my clients to infuse accessibility into every touchpoint using a holistic approach of design, marketing, and strategy. Because creating a world that is fully inclusive of ALL people is the key to the future we all deserve.

I’m passionate about building connections and approach my work through an intersectional lens with the goal of rehumanization. When I’m not guiding others on the path of accessibility, you can find me outdoors on a real nature trail or cuddling with my cat.

Why I joined Successible

I joined Successible because of its deep commitment to empowering everyday entrepreneurs and leaders to action. It aligns with my belief that engaging in open conversation, learning and growing together in community is the way towards a more accessible marketplace and world.

I am delighted to be part of a community committed to the journey and excited to support its impact while continuing to grow along my own path.
